About
I’m an engineering and transformation leader who bridges technical execution with organizational strategy. With 15+ years of hands-on engineering and 5+ years of experience in leading teams through digital and AI transformation, I focus on building resilient, high-performing systems, and the teams and operating models that sustain them.
As an engineering manager, I work closely with cross-functional teams, optimize delivery through DevOps and automation, and embed security, reliability, and quality into the SDLC. As a transformation lead, I reengineer processes, foster an agile working culture, and transform an IT support team into a high-performing development team. As a scrum coach, I lead culture change to foster transparency, teamwork, and accountability.
My mission as a leader is to create the environment and motivation for teams to thrive, take ownership, and achieve excellence sustainably.
Experience
Independent vCIO & Transformation Advisor
Independent Consultant · Dec 2025 – Present · Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid)
In late 2025, I moved into an independent consulting role to focus fully on the practice of organizational transformation in the AI era. As AI redefines the values of organizations and individuals, I want to start as a transformation consultant—working across different organizations to discover the real challenges of putting AI into practice, and build solid practical knowledge. Acting as a virtual CIO and advisor, I aim to help organizations transform management, digital and AI adoption practices, operating models, and eventually cultures.
- Plan and align enterprise AI adoption strategy — covering opportunity identification, PoC / Pilot design and execution, and the definition and tracking of outcome metrics.
- Lead cloud solution selection and implementation assessment, supporting technical architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and governance.
- Drive cross-functional transformation and change management — aligning stakeholders, establishing transformation cadence and execution mechanisms, and embedding change into day-to-day operations.
- Continuously deepen AI and Cloud technical capabilities — earned Google Cloud skill badges in Vertex AI, Gemini & Imagen, BigQuery multimodal vector search, and Connected Sheets (2025) to strengthen hands-on AI-native solution design and implementation.
- Systematically build a knowledge base on AI Governance and Agentic AI — integrating regulations, standards, risk frameworks, and vendor policy guardrails — as a decision-making foundation for enterprise AI adoption and evaluation.
